successful Kickstarter campaign to fund the first production run of a proprietary RGB LED system. All hardware, firmware and software were created from scratch to seamlessly work together. Unfortunately it was not compatible with existing standards which makes it not very adaptable. The project was discontinued in 2016, but I learned an incredible amount about how addressable lighting systems can be built.
